The City has contracted with TritonAMI to replace the existing Customer Service and Billing system with Systems and Software's enQuasta platform. This new project will dramatically improve the service Shreveport can offer to its customers and maximize the potential available from the new Advanced Meter Infrastructure that TritonAMI installed under Phase I of the program.
