Triton AMI hired by Ridgeland, MS to get their AMI project on track. Chuck Gautier, City Alderman: "I would like to commend Triton for the outstanding job they performed", "Their people are professional, courteous and patiently worked through complex problems with our billing software and database", "The companies knowledge goes far beyond simple meter installation - the proof is in the results. Revenue has increased to the point the system is not only paying for itself, but we have considered lowering water rates to our customers. Our only regret is not bringing Triton into the process so late in the game. They bring extensive real world knowledge and were able to not only take care of any problem and answer all questions but provided invaluable suggestions and improved the process. I would recommend Triton to any municipality who is considering installing an Advanced Metering Infrastructure" _ Chuck Gautier, Alderman, City of Ridgeland, July 2008.

The Walton County Water and Sewerage Authority serves 14,000 customers – mostly residential. They wanted a turn-key solution so they turned to TritonAMI. TritonAMI designed the first MDM system to be used strictly for conservation efforts at the East Bay Municipal Utility District in California (Showcased at Utilimetrics and Distributech) and is working closely with the AMI manufacturer with the goal of perfecting the accurate, reliable and secure transmission of hourly data from battery powered pit transmitters housed in harsh environments. This unique project will not only be a model case study for the effects AMI can have on influencing customer conservation behavior but dramatically demonstrate the ability to effectively transmit hourly data from stand-alone, low energy transmissions, in harsh environment that do not have access to the main power in a residential home or commercial facility.
