TritonAMI can integrate a wide variety of MDM software solutions into your AMI/Smart Grid system. TritonAMI was also chosen by East Bay Municipal Utility District to develop an MDM system trademarked by TritonAMI as SimonSaves. SimonSaves is a non-proprietary online service developed by TritonAMI that primarily allows Utilities and Utility customers to evaluate their water or energy use.

The objective of the web service is to drive conservation actions by providing an efficient water management tool for the Utility and it’s end users. The web service presents personal water use profiles, group water use profiles, customer side leaks in both a tabular and chart view. The service also monitors individual and group leaks and daily budget limits and provides water user and Utility immediate notifications if any water use inefficiencies are detected. The web service has two primary sites called the Admin site and the User site.

With the User site, the water user will have access to their private personal water use information. Water use profiles include how much water the customer uses every hour, day, month and year in an easy to read chart and table.. The User Site also allows customers to set up email notifications to immediately notify them when they have a leak or exceed their predefined daily use limit.

With the Admin Site, the Utility’s Administration will have access to their customer’s individual water use in the same graphical and tabular display as the user site. The Admin site will also have reporting tools, such as leak detection logs, total water use, etc.

The User site will empower each customer to reduce their water bill by knowing how much water is used and when, immediately being notified of a leak and being notified of exceeding their daily water budget. The Admin site will improve customer service and help the Utility measure water conservation success.
